Bungie, why not create a D2 crucible mode that's just for players single-queueing?
Am I the only person who finds D2 crucible incredibly inconsistent when playing solo? With only 4 players per team, sometimes I'm running 8.0 KDA, other times I'm running 1.0, and the only consistent correlation I can find is to whether or not I'm playing against a group that is partied up. The times when we're getting destroyed is when we're a team of single queuers against a 4-man team. A team that is most likely coordinating with mics, etc.
I've done this myself with my clan, and its fun, sort. But speaking from experience, it creates a completely unbalanced game that is no fun for either side.
I've ready so many complaints from others about not wanting to play crucible solo due to the likelihood that you get placed with a group of singles up against a 4-man/woman team. This is particularly frustrating in Quickplay, which is supposed to be for laughs.
So, I have a simple solution: Create a mode that is only for players who are going it alone. That way the teams have to figure out how to work together an equal amount.
I don't know. Seems like a simple and obvious solution. And I wouldn't think it would be that hard to put together.
