Permanently banned

Okay im new to this so i just need a little bit of advice an i mean advice not abused if possible... So i had a bungie account for over 3 years... i played since D1 all the way through an now play D2... only played D2 for trials over the past few weeks or so, everytime i played destiny i live streamed it on twitch! I have never had a ban of any form whether it been a crucible ban for a week or anything! I did a 24 hour stream with TWO friends weekend just gone! We Did trials help for viewers with in the streams... as everybody knows match making can be a little difficult sometimes an sometime you face teams that back out for no actual reason... i accept that but also accept there is nothing i can do about it ... so i turn on my xbox this morning and load up destiny 2 looking forwadrd to hit a little bit of crucible up an play the remake of burning shrine an get some viewers invovled an bring some love back for D2... only to find out i have been permanenlty banned not a crucible ban for a first time ban.. not a warning straight up account ban... which may i add out of the 3 of us that played every game together only 2 of our accounts got bannedd....every second of my gameplay is available on twitch for the past few weeks. Is there anything i can do at all to potentially get my account either unbanned as i legit have not done anything wrong (an i mean nothing i play xbox so i havent added no files in hidden places to increase my chance of exotics) i just play trials with a couple of friends an viewers from stream... if i cant get it unbanned even though i have physical proof i have dont nothing to go against the terms and conditions of bungie can i get a refund on astleast the second DLC i have paid for that i wont be able to play.... thanks in advance for any replies :D

  • Have either of the two other players been permanently banned as well? Chances are one of them was actually cheating and because you were in a fireteam with them for several games you are guilty by association. Sorry bud, time to get a new account (and be more careful who you trust to play with in future).

You don't have to be the one that is doing something ban worthy, you only have to be in the same fireteam. Someone must have done something severe enough to warrant a permanent ban on your first offence. Other than that, all I can suggest is maybe look at your streaming setup/habits. Remember, having good bandwidth doesn't mean your connection will remain flawless while streaming. If you haven't already done so, I suggest monitoring your network the next time you stream. EDIT: Forgot to mention that bans aren't always for today, or last week, or last month. It really depends where you are in the investigation queue. For all you know, someone cheated while in your team 3 months ago.

    • @br4gg3r Listen man, there's no one on this forum willing to help you on this. Many do not support the game anymore and want to see it die off slowly and painfully (myself included). Give it up. There's other games that deserve your time. I logged in just to respond to this post. Ha.

      • It's funny. Bandai allows you to dispute any bans and if found you did nothing wrong they overturn it. Kind of funny how real dev teams can do that. My advice is just drop D2, don't support Bungie anymore. Dark Souls 3 is really fun if you've never played it.

This is mega dumb. If you have the evidence there is no reason why they shouldn’t at least look into it. My advice is to demand your shit back as you have the hours and evidence until you get the justice you deserve as a player

          • Hello guardian, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 Bungie does not discuss bans or restrictions with the players who receive them. If you have been banned then the punishment is permanent. There is no avenue to overturn them or dispute them. As far as refunds go, you'll want to speak with your retailer regarding that topic.

            •
as I legit have not done anything wrong
Your match records speak otherwise. Did you not know we can see those? You obviously got reported multiple times and the evidence speaks plainly.
