Longest raid match you’ve been in?
2 days ago I experienced the horrors of spending 3 hours just to beat pools and dogs. Never in the 5 raids (never done EoW) have I taken that long just to beat one encounter.
What’s the longest you guys have gone?

3 RepliesMaybe 8 hours. We spent a good 2 of them waiting for some guy to do the ship jumping part on Oryx. One guy fell asleep while waiting. He eventually left. Another guy has small kids so he had to put them to bed, so he left too. At least we had time to find other people lol.

Almost 10-11 hr straight, was sherpa-ing a VoG run with 5 newbies who just couldn't get it but wanted to keep trying. I still sherpa but I definitely don't have the patience or time for that kind of ridiculousness anymore, usually take at least 1 other person who knows what they're doing to help out now.

I once spent 4 hours just doing calus because 3 people didn't have mics and one refused to go throne and would only go void, the only reason we won was because his friend was in the room with him shouting his answers over the mic, and he was throne, I spent an hour after showering thinking about how little people can compromise.

2 hours in vosik or whatever name it was. 4 has trials gear talking about head seaker and counter balance all that junk. Finally had enough and said get something with explosive rounds.

Roughly 9 hours straight on a Saturday afternoon in King’s Fall back in early 2016. It was me and one other experienced person taking four people through that had never done it before.

About 7hrs in Wrath of the Machine & didn’t even finish it, only 2 people had done it before, people talking over people, shouting, name calling, it’s the reason I no longer raid & never intend to!

Lmao that's rookie numbers, once I was in a Kings Fall Raid that lasted 8 hours because people kept throwing a hissy fit and would abandon if we had to wipe. Longest raid of my entire -blam!-in life.
