Descendant Vex Chrome Shader?
Where can I actually earn said shader????? It's the only one I've received just 2 shaders and can't do jack shit with except paint a ship. I'd like to have one of my characters rockin' it.
If anyone actually knows how, I would truly appreciate your help. ( I tried just playing on Mercury and it doesn't help)

They drop from Brother Vance and Eververse. I'm not sure if there are other sources.
