This argument is just silly. Who goes to a Bungie forum to only discuss things that are not about Destiny? The trolls would just end up in Off Topic filling that up with hate and rage.

Bro have you ever been to offtopic? The only "trolling" on there was some of the flat Earth stuff, and other things. The only hate that ever came from that subforum was from the politically charged posts. As stupid as it sounds, there actually [i]was[/i] a community on offtopic. Just because you don't visit a subforum doesn't mean other people don't use it.

Not, it's really not. There's a reason why that subforum is called off-topic. Does that need to be explained ? People have been there for years before the Destiny franchise was even released. So tell me why all of the sudden this sweeping change needs to be made ? You're also wrong about people just going to off-topic to bash this game. If you've ever been there, anything there posted relating to Destiny is downvoted and flammed. The trolls that come to Destiny or feedback to shit post would not last there and would very quickly realize that going there to shit post would be insanely pointless because they wouldn't get the response they're looking for. I personally think getting rid of them entirely is the better way to go. There are millions of sites you can go talk about off topic stuff. Why not just go there? Is it that upsetting really?
