To keep people like LeakyDiaper80 who don't own nor EVER played the game off the fourms. And the multiple fake profiles, banned profiles and other nonsense away from these fourms.
Why would you care?
It's like someone posting on a sky diving fourm who never sky dived in their entire life. What postive or constructive feedback could they ever give? NONE.. Therefore why should they be able to post about it.

Except theyre not posting about it...theyre part of the bungo community since before this toxic new generation of destiny pegbois. If theyre posting in an offtopic or general gaming subforum there is no legitimate reason to bar access.
