What on earth do forum ninjas have to do with working on fixing the game?

You don’t think they had to write new rule sets with their forum code. That takes someone’s time and attention. Meetings, reviews, more meetings. Type up forum notification, review, redline, review again. I guarantee they had more meetings about this, than xp throttling. Think about that for a minute.
