You aren't a customer anymore. ...and your "feedback" isn't useful on a game you haven't---and are not---playing. Bungie doesn't OWE us a place to hang out---on their dime---because of past purchases. People TREAT this place like their personal clubhouse, only because Bungie has neglected the place....and tolerated a lot of bad behavior....for the entire time I've been here. It seems that they are now correcting that oversight, and are taking steps to clean up this place that are LONG overdue. This place has a shit-ton of career trolls who do nothing but show up here for no other purpose than to give Bungie a black-eye and bad mouth them no matter what they do....and to use the negativity and drama that they keep stirred up as a form personal entertainment. Apparently that's all about to come to halt. Slow clap to standing ovation....

If someone had purchased all my previous products I would be thanking them for them for their custom and loyalty over the years. I agree the forums are out of control but they are punishing the wrong people and the wrong sub forums. The majority of people complaining is not the people who hang out in #Offtopic and #Gaming.

They've declared war on the forum trolls. ...and unfortunately every war has civilian casualties. The participation standards are as lax as Bungie could possibly make them, and still have them be effective against the trolls. They goal here is clearly not to silence the legitmate sources of negative feedback. They are going after the trolls and the troublemakers....and the decision to confront them is long overdue. Like I said. I WISH there were a way that this would impact guys like you and BXR Lonestar. But the trolls have brought things to this point....and really left Bungie with no other credible options.

If they want to stop all the complaint they should fix the root of the problem which is their game. Many people and myself included wouldn't be on this forum complaining if their wasn't glaring issues within the game. First we came to the forum to discuss the issues and guess what? IGNORED. Bungie are so far up their own ass they only listen when things get out of hand, so unfortunately that's what we must do. You think banning people will make things better? It will makes things worse, you watch.

That’s just it. The trolls don’t care about the game. The trolls spent three years endlessly bitching about D1. Many of whom now pretend that D1 was this wonderful, misunderstood game. Just because it gives them another convenient hammer to bash Bungie with.
