Nightfall bug
There is a bug with the nightfall where if you respawn on your own while fighting the boss, you will respawn to the last floor that had adds prior. When trying to use the teleporters to get back up to the fight, you will hit a kill wall immediately after using the launcher and cannot rejoin the fight.
Not sure if this affects all versions of the NF, but this was on Prestige Difficulty.

Same happened to the clan fireteam I was with yesterday during Prestige. Died fighting the boss and when re-spawned in the level below, jump pad blasted anyone into a wall when trying to get up.

This happens when it's the ikora mission and also in regular strike as well

On regular difficulty it happened to us before we even got to the boss. The below launchers wouldn't work. It really sucks.
