[spoiler]Well, it's obvious that they aren't all immediately linked, so they have individuality to some level. Ants are a great example of this. Ants gather information on their own and relay it to their fellow ants through pheromones and physical motion. I assume that the Vex do something similar because some line in the Books of Sorrow mentioned how a specific Vex mind introduced the concept of religion and the sword logic to its compatriots. The separation, at least from large Minds, is obvious. Whether that leads specifically to emotion? I can't say.[/spoiler] Tl;Dr I ramble about how they're capable of individualism but I'm not sure whether they have emotion

It’s hard to say at certain points it’s said the Vex are ‘afraid’ of the Guardian So if they can feel fear can they feel other things?

I would say yes because they make their mechanical shell do things... like wave, and t-bag sometimes etc... The hard part would be how to truly understand a language or “emotion” from a liquid... But I always say that if it fights for an existence, defends for an existence, and collectively tries to expand their existence... there is a thought process that has been effected by an emotion.

In the first Destiny Ikora mentions that they fear you. So I think they do feel emotions.

The vex are a hive mind so maybe the one entity that controls all of them has feelings. It’s complicated

They do enjoy some classic rock! So I’d say yes.

They are organisms you know. Plus, it's been said that they feel emotions. It's also been said how they actually fear Guardians and respect them.

I believe they have some “emotion” that they can replicate, as shown in D2, it was either Mercury or Venus where we killed a Vex, and the Ghost translated the Vex’s final words as fearful, because it was the one thing it couldn’t replicate.
