Honestly, I’m happy he’s a real human being that has the guts to speak candidly.
-blam- the corporate model of “the customer is always right.” It’s a disgusting standard that perpetuates attitudes like the one presented here.
With all the smack talked on the forums, you’re the ones offended when someone says “hey, could you chill with the death threats and name calling?”
Exercise a little empathy.
Anyone who’s ever worked in customer service should be able to relate to wanting to tell a customer not to be a jerk, at the VERY least.

But of I had customers wandering around my store complaining at my absence, and that I charge way too much, I wouldn't step out and say "quiet down ya jerk" and walk away.
-
What if some of your customers were making death threats, throwing childish tantrums, and verbally attacking the ones who actually like your store?

Oh shut up with the drama. Bungie put out a predatory mtx heavy game that sucks and now people are pissed off. Deal with the Fallout without going passive aggressive.

Drama? You're the one raging over a tweet. Not me.
Jerks? You ruined a videogame I loved, therefore I'm justified in treating you like garbage.
That's your argument? Seriously? Lmfao!
