I remember the video a year before Destiny 1 came out. They talked about a game that would last 10 years. They never said anything about Destiny 1 Destiny 2-Destiny 3 and so on. I thought it would be one game that would last 10 years. a novel concept and genius which is why I went out and reserved two copies one for me one for my boys. Then with the Xbox One, got a copy for that and then a second copy for Xbox One when my boys threw a tantrum period for copies for DLC sets. I started to calculate how much I spent on Destiny 1 , can't even begin to imagine how much money was spent on all that DLC. When it came to Destiny 2, I bought one copy because I don't trust them anymore. Speaking of trust what happened to all my faction coins. Had three characters all sworn to new monarchy because I liked their gear. Work hard got a ton of coins, and in return got 2 scout rifles 2 snipers 1 hand Cannon some armor and 17 swords. Tired of getting nothing I had 254 coins in my inventory at the end of last week. Now tired of iron Banner grind, I took a few days off to spend with my new grandson. Got on today to see xur, and noticed all faction coins are gone. Who's the jerk now? Smart move would have been to keep building on Destiny 1 and just make it better and better and better but I guess the money means more. Just ask eververse and Activision with their algorithm. Surprised they don't have map packs for Crucible to buy. Oh but wait, they do. Because if you don't get the DLC you can't play the new Crucible Maps. And then they have it in your face on the destination map. Way I see it Destiny owes me 254 faction coins or I'm done. Not being a jerk, just want what I earned back. Want my advice bring back the people that created the original destiny, rehire them and fire the people that have ruined a good thing. Like Atheon, a raid that was mostly a shooter with a maze and a few tricks up his sleeve. Crota, shoot everything ask questions later. The Fallen King was a lot of puzzles but still fun until you got to Oryx. Once they took the Titan bubbles away they ruined it. The challenges were a good idea. But in the end Wrath of the machines with nothing but a gimmick and mechanics. And now the new raid is strictly gimmicks. But missing most of all where the hidden ghosts, the Exotic quests that told the story of the game, the history of the characters even those in the past. And all the little hidden gems you found. The nail in the coffin is these comics. Why not have the stories in the comics told through game content.
