I think your staff are too afraid to say anything so I'll say it. You need to throw Luke Smith overboard and get a new Director with competence. Your flagship is in major jeopardy. Consider throwing DeeJ out as well, seriously a bad "community" Manager.
These guys are the most unprofessional authority for the company it's driving Bungie into a suicidal wake.
You permanently lost over 80% of your player-base and respect from the community. Time to make tough calls and save what you got left or lose it all. Rebuild.
[b]Disclaimer:[/b] This is not a petition. This is a sincere concern to have Bungie redeem themselves. I'm not polling and asking Bungie employees to be fired, have them shifted elsewhere in the company, change their roles.

Not ceremonial firings of people who had to live with the strategy and branding decisions that Parsons and other executives at Bungie and Activision were making.
