Hive minds only, no ships/weapons/ assimilation/etc. Who’s got the greatest brain power? Who can adapt the fastest? Who is the most efficient?
Edit- I completely forgot to add the Geth!

Cyber men for sure, they were able to take over entire universe's.
-
Murica would win.

Vex everything they build are part of the vex mind mecury is basically one giant vex mind even nessus has rivers if radiolaria which are all part of the mind they simulate EVERY possibility
-
I think the Vex would win in computing power, their directive is to survive and simulate everything throughout time. The Borg is limited to just how to assimilate better. The Cybermen were made to grow and their data base is massive but they can’t simulate and we’re never as high-tech as the others on this list. I must admit I am not familiar with the others mentioned, but I had to bet, I think the Vex would win in computing power.

3 RepliesVex. Beleive it or not, all the vex buildings are actually part of the vex collective. There's radiolaria in those structures. (Or at least until the comics say otherwise) That makes mercury almost like one massive vex unit, with the capability to simulated thousands of universes at the same time. So yeah, I've got my money on the vex.

I don't know much about the Cybermen. I find the Borg scarier than the Vex in that a single Borg cube will show up at your planet and assimilate in a few days. The Vex are scary too, but they're playing a much longer game that doesn't immediately seem like as big of deal. Except for the Vault of Glass, that thing is scary.

There is no competition...

1 ReplyVex, but I have to say it resistance is futile We are Borg
-
Borg , of course . "Resistance is futile"

1 Reply<The Vex we know are only builders. There are Warrior Vex somewhere, strong enough to give even Ascendant Hive trouble.>

I say vex. They have entire solar systems worth of computing power not to mention the amazing ability of a single individual. Of course I’m not super into Star Trek so I don’t know much about the borg.
