Will there ever be a PVE event for Iron Banner?
I like some of the gear for Iron Banner but I don’t really enjoy PVP. I’ll play PVP and I’m not bad at it but also I’m not that great. I’m probably right in the middle somewhere. I just don’t enjoy it. If I had a choice I would prefer a special PVE event for Iron Banner that you could select if PVP is not your thing. Does anyone feel the same way?

Pve only had 1 real event queens wrath only appeared twice and it never came back doubt D2 will have anything like it sighh.

7 RepliesThere was the Queens Wraith event in destiny 1, which was a PvE event. But bungie removed it to rework it early in its life. When I say rework, I mean stuck it on the to do list, then threw the to do list in a dump for burning. I missed that event....

The question we should all be asking before we ask for more events is when are they going to flipping do ANYTHING to make the game not suck.. they are literally perfuming a turd.

To make myself more clear I’m not asking for a handout of free gear. You should definitely earn the gear you get. I liked Rise of Iron from D1 and loved how it was incorporated in the story. The Iron Banner can stay strictly PvP but I would like to see the Iron Lords incorporated in more than just PvP. Even if a entirely new event was made for PvE and hosted by Saladin I would be on board for that.

6 Repliesazure_king Dude......you just don't get it. IB is for PvP. Faction Rally is for PvE. So you like the gear and ornaments? Then play IB. There is no other way to get them. These items are rewards for playing IB in Crucible. When you see someone decked out in IB gear, you know how they got the set. You don't even have to "play" to get them, but it will take you longer. You get 2 IB tokens for just showing up to a match. 5 tokens if your team wins. More tokens if you actually try and finish the daily IB challenges. So play or don't, but don't expect a PvE handout for IB gear.

2 RepliesI think a six man, matchmade fireteam dropped into a horde mode type event would be fun. As long as it's not taken too seriously (higher light levels versions for that) and always matchmade. Throw in accelerated abilities (Sunrise modifier?) and it'd be the tits.

At least drop some iron lord axes into the game. There's a lot they could be doing with events, but they are more focused on events being do the thing you always do but under a different context. Pretty boring and disappointing honestly.
