Maybe consider involving blue gear for conversion to legendary in that making them as they are converted to have a some kind of random rolls and that i think would be very lore friendly and can open a huge opportunities for other activities. -starting to see D1 loot comeback into the game -involve bounties with this -new charecters -involve the farm into this -rebels vendors -also blue armor since the blue armor looks awesome -more level based armor that u need to play with to upgrade it -depending on the type of materials grants different perks -perks will have a specific number and set of combined ingredients -make legendary weapons more aggressive, special, and exotics -blam!-ing godly and so creative in term of gameplay, like maybe interduce more support weapons kind of thing. In D1 i wished they did this as they started taking some on the first year legendary gear away i used to go to bungie`s armory on the website and look them over , you have alot of hidden gems withen the destiny universe you just have to reach and make them come to life.. not easy but do-able.
