Does anybody know a way to play Destiny online, but to force it to give you single instances?
I’d like to play the strikes and public events solo.
Please if you know a way this can be done, please share...
I will happily manipulate my connection if necessary..
I just want to play alone

Thank you for such a kind comment. I’ve tried setting the PS4 clock back a month which seems to work briefly, on flash points, but it still pairs me up in strikes. If your new to the game, keep your starting gear as, the only way that seems probable is to be 40 under the light requirement. It will let you do strikes and flash points on your own then. I was just talking to my ISP about throttling my connection to just above the 1MB ant eater cut of point too, as it will give you your own instance then too. I only asked an hour ago, and a good bunch of people have shown me a few ways to get too get it to work. I’d really like it too. Thx again for the nice comment Kudos given

Almost didn't purchase D1 when I found out it could only be played online. I've just embraced that this is sadly the world we live in now

Edited by RSebire: 1/25/2018 12:34:59 AMI brought one of the sons of the x partner an Playstation 4 and Destiny as he really wanted to play with me at the time bless him, but whilst setting it up with him on Christmass day, the first thing it ask for was credit card details, before he could even put the game in. After 15 years, she had a stroke, he tried to kill me, and I now sort of understand why I didn’t give him my credit card details. You can’t even use the free play days on the PSN without a credit card on record either.

Be at least 40 below the recommended light level during matchmaking. You can switch back once it starts. I made a new character and put that armor in the vault.

Thx you, I knew I should have kept my funky starter armour. I did for all 3 characters for around a month..

Ohhhh, thx New avenue to explore if all else fails.. I’d still see it match making me with new players though wouldn’t I?
