I don't know about you but I don't any reason why this was removed. I know everyone is talking about the weapon systems and all that but I'd like to highlight this too.

I’d like to see connections like D1 but in more detail if it’s possible and I’d like to see a list of bans or restrictions every week handed out to laggers (cheaters). At least we’d know something was being done about it. We got ddosed twice in 10 games on D1 by the same guy he was a 0.4kd with 2400 Elo, we reported on destiny and Xbox live. I typed him in a couple of weeks later to see if he’d been banned and surprise surprise he was still playing. Reports had completely ignored by both Xbox and Bungie.

4 RepliesBecause so many people would report anyone without green bar and players would get banned because of so many reports on their connection. It's not fair because sometimes you just can't do anything about slow internet.

Done by design to cover up the crap that is BUNGO P2P!!!
-
I mean, you can see your own...

1 ReplyIf you can't see a red bar they don't exist.

Because Bungie doesn't want a fault visible. Same reason it doesn't discuss behind the scene manipulation any longer. Period.

Edited by RichardPictures3: 1/23/2018 3:57:02 AMBecause they're sick of getting reports from the players that go against redbar gods that are allowed to connect to this -blam!-ing shit game. They should be booted to orbit but no. Nope, they watch Netflix while downloading and playing on wifi and just stomp all day and Bungie gives 0 -blam!-s and never have. They only ban players that lag in trials.

Cuz nobody gives two shits! This game is a dumpster fire, connection bars shouldn’t be very high on the list for Destiny 2.
-
Connection bars don't really mean much, well except cherry apple and mango flavors, most people will drop down to mango at some point, not due to their connection but due to bungie's crappy servers.

We have been..... for years

I want actual pings, not some misleading bars that show green up to 200ms when anything above 100ms should unacceptable for an FPS.
-
3 RepliesBecause they use a peer to peer system that allows connections from anywhere in the world and well... You can guess the amount of people that will notice red connections and assume their using lag switches.
-
1 ReplyBungie doesn’t want you to see or report the shitty connections some players have and cause latency.
-
ive said a few things about this on other posts. its now hidden from us so we don't know when we are about to be stomped my a red bar team.

2 RepliesEdited by Hezekiah Eleazar (Wretch): 1/22/2018 8:52:19 PMDeniable plausibility. If you don’t see the red bar, it’s your connection. Not Bungie’s or anyone else’s fault. “There maybe a problem with your network connection.” Edit: I want visible timers in the game again too.
