You name called first. Those boiler guys come to check your boiler, but they can't do it properly even though they're qualified. You criticise them. They say why don't you do a better job then. The boiler guy had the qualifications to do that job.

There is a difference between name calling and "relying" on name calling. If a boiler somehow adds brain cells to a bunch of people on these forums I am all for talking about it. Doesn't change the fact that the job of a "boiler guy" and a game dev are two totally different jobs.
