Like, the 2018 faction rally is a disaster. No new loot except for a pistol. Bungee, get your crap together. You're gonna end up having a lower player base than The Division at this rate.

Bungie is listening but their priority is not their player base, it's making the game easier for them to develop while expanding short-term profits.
-
3 RepliesFunny. I had a new pistol, Nade launcher , And a fusion rifle. None of them where in the previous rally.

86 RepliesEdited by TheArtist: 1/20/2018 3:56:21 PMThey are listening and everything you just said is factually incorrect. How many new things do you see in Eververse? How many new ships, shaders, ghost and sparrows do see that are obtainable from the faction vendors? Take your time..... I can wait. What is happening is that the changes can’t come as fast as some people want, and the frustration resulting from those unrealistic expectations are making people overreact to everything that isn’t perfect. Overreact to every little additional frustration. But I’ve got news: there are no perfect games. And demanding a game be perfect before you can enjoy it is just setting yourself up to be miserable.
-
I bet the division has a bigger player base right now. It’s in a great spot.
-
Funny, they gave us a roadmap of all the changes and additions coming for this year. But go ahead, cry and say they don't listen. Inbred moron.
-
Because Bungie know better than us, that's why!! They'd rather give us a shit game, than listen to what the public wants, consolidate it, and make the best game ever. But what do we know?
-
They don't care at all. They already have your money. Now the goal is how to get you to spend it more of it at eververse. Quality of life and other changes will take a back seat for 6 months but you can bet crimson days and other events will drop with brand new gear they worked hard to design while reskinning items for the rest of the game
-
Lol The Division is flourishing lately dude. Give up on this garbage already. Bungie is not your friend.
-
Cuz they dont care
-
13 RepliesYeah, let's see: Bring back D1 Exotics. Don't you dare bring back another reskinned D1 exotic. Bring back D1 raids and planets. Leave D1 content in D1. Bring back random rolls. Static rolls are fine. We want communication. Bungie gives communication, no matter how small (example: tweet about adding a fix to the next update for shaders at the gunsmith). Bungie gets bashed for communicating something that is so insignificant. The list can go on forever and ever. There are way to many groups clamoring for what they want and if you are not on board with them you are a fanboy, idiot, or whatever other expletive they want to call you. I can understand why Bungie can't decipher what the community wants. And then they have all those that don't even own the game that are continually bashing positive thing they do.

4 RepliesEdited by Bicepus Maximus: 1/20/2018 11:11:11 PMActually, they DID NOT listen to any player feedback. They tried to create a game centered around eververse and micro-transaction which NO one asked for. Wonder why armor is bland with the only real characteristic cosmetic? They are sold on Eververse. Wonder why ghost shells do not contribute to light Level? They are sold on Eververse. Wonder why there is no content that is not chased through Eververse..... Bungie made Destiny 2 with the PRIMARY objective to increase micro-transaction sales through eververse. Content and player satisfaction were only considered and prioritize in the context of eververse. As EA is learning with Star Wars bf2 and Bungie with Destiny 2, micro-transaction cash grabs do not make fun games. There is no micro-transaction, loot box, scam that the players will not figure out and depise. Bungie made the false assumption that you and I were morons who would just accept their scam. Sorry Bungie.

D2 just doesn’t have the D1 spark. There’s nothing to be excited about and no incentive to play above and beyond. Trying something new like what they’ve done with D2 is good, but a combination of poor decision making and lack of understanding of what players want is currently why the game is in the state it is in.

Because luke smith is to egotistical to admit he was wrong on the new things they went with.
-
1 ReplyEdited by Methosaurus: 1/22/2018 3:59:04 PMDivision fückin rules man i advise everyone to try it out with the free 8 hour trials version of the full game ! See you city side, agents!
-
Because the babies over reacted without ever realizing the fact that nothing has changed from d1 as far as loot. They have always had a set loot pool and limited what you would get. Now, the loot pool grows while offering everything at once with the core loot pool. But, since people mine the game, everyone thinks that it should be in the game automatically. It is basic form of ignorance mixed with a spoiled brat mentality that caused the confusion.
-
Money, money, money. They sold over 8 million copies of the game. Everything else doesnt matter for them. Except for more money they get through eververse.
-
everything D2 is is because it listened which is a shame
-
The division is doing fantastic right now
-
the decision making process is not soley based on logic... it is a mix of greed and personal preferences of the developer team ( at least the ones in charge),...
-
Because Luke -blam!-ing Smith is in charge. This shitbag ruined Destiny. Nothing more than a pile of cancer cells.
-
5 RepliesPlayed division horde mode a few times. Uninstalled... and that monster hunter game everyones getting echo chambering remember its a time trial style gameplay... like the nightfall
-
They are but he real issue is they are a bunch of money hungry uninspired shiity video game makers and crap writers sooo this is the pile of shiit you get. It’s like a Delorian looks awesome but it’s a huge pile of shiiit
-
Even if they wanted to listen to us it's too late. Too many changes are ingrained into the sandbox to just flip a switch and call it a day. The live team is going to be full throttle just trying to revert back to D1 standards and trying to make good content.
-
1 ReplyMainly because the player base all want different things. Some want the old weapon system, some like this one and others don't give a shit. Some want 6v6, some like this one and some think they should just scrap PvP completely because they are pissed off with PvP whiners constantly getting things nerfed and ruining PvE which has more players. Some people want a better version of the first Destiny while some of us wanted massive improvements. They haven't decided who will make them the most money yet.
-
They listened to too many whiners the first time around, that's why we are where we are

Why is Bungie just refusing to listen to its player base?
Cause this is all they repeatedly hear...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIaFtAKnqBU
