Have owned the game since September and haven't touched it in approximately 3 months. After all the controversies I contacted Sony about a refund previously and they basically said it was out of their hands because "I had earned too many trophies". While this is a ridiculous metric in the first place, they handed off the request and said Id have to contact Bungie directly to seek fulfillment. This, as many of you probably know, only leads back to these forums for contact information. I can straight out say not only was I disappointed in the product, but it did suffer from several instances of falsely advertised content as well. I don't intend to ever touch the game again unless I am forced to, and would far prefer the 100 USD I was goaded into spending, convinced by friends that Bungie had made promises of improved content. If a Bungie representative happens to see this, please verify my last login date and playtime and get back to me. I only regret not contacting Sony sooner to try and have gotten my money back through them when it was at least possible. I don't like insulting devs who put a lot of work into their craft, but the way the entire thing was handled just reeks of placating people to avoid backlash by higher-ups. If anyone can aid me outside of a chargeback through my bank (which would result in the loss of my Playstation account which is not an acceptable option to me) please let me know. Thanks
