While that system is nice for drawing out the interest and play time in faction rallies, it's a little frustrating if you're a player wanting one of the offered weapons for a faction that doesn't win. Or is this saying that each subsequent faction rally will add the previous faction rally's offerings to the loot pool, and have a new offering, regardless of the faction winning the rally or not?
