Error code bull crap
I want a refund. I just bought Destiny 2 with no characters made and the F@cking error code chicken comes up. Get up and get me a refund or a solution to fix it. Do not tell me to restart the game because I did it ten times now. SO FIX MY GAME!!! >:(

2 RepliesYou can only get a refund from the retailer you purchased it from. Bungie is not a retailer. If you are on XB1, kill the game completely, shut down the console, and unplug power from the console for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, start it up and try again. If you still need a refund, talk to the retailer - if it was a digital purchase through the console, this would be XBL support. If you just bought it, MS may provide a refund since it has been less than 30 days and not actually started - but that is their call.
