Actually it’s not
The division, a game praised for being a amazing loiter shooter, recently added a similar system with what is called [i]global events[/i] and the loot was [i]classified gear sets[/i] which is considered the best loot in the game. It is obtainable in other areas of the game but is very very rare. Specific sets were only added in on global events, and not all of the sets are released to my knowledge. So it’s starting to become a pretty common system within games like Destiny

A looter shooter that introduces 1 gun a month is the problem, not that they are releasing gear through the faction rally.

Because they promised us new weapons for the new seasons faction rally, in reality we are only getting a single new weapon at the end of the faction rally, which is totally against what they have been stating the seasons were all about. I know you are just trying to troll me, but I thought I'd give you the real answer regardless of it making me look like I'm not in on the joke.
