1/16/2018 Maintenance Complete: Faction Rallies is now LIVE.
Hey all,
Hotfix 1.1.1.3 is now available, removing Curse of Osiris requirements for Faction Rallies and Iron Banner rewards.

More than 2 in a 10 minute period might be a slight mistiming. One person rushing through a public event can enter, clear, and collect in under 5 minutes. It's reasonable to think a single person could collect the chest within a 10 minute span. At the same time, I don't agree with many of the complaints. The people who didn't get the DLC have no right to complain that they aren't able to access DLC content (although keeping the original prestige raid available feels fair so they lose nothing) and, honestly, even having access to season 2 weapons feels odd. I don't think I could access anything beyond vanilla content in D1 before purchasing expansions. Eververse IS a little too invasive. The upcoming changes sound good on paper, hoping you all implement them well.
