Keep in mind, dealing with a CEO. Tried to be as thoughtful and respectful as possible. Feeding him honey not vinegar. And keeping it as a paying customer base point of view. I want him to be involved and ask questions. Executives don't like it when the top boss asks questions. If he sees it our way, we now have the loudest voice in the building.
