Peace by Consensus
For this faction rally, I made my 3 characters pledge to each different faction but when I inspect the Peace by Consensus in the engram reward screen, it says I still need to "pledge to each faction" so is it not account wide but based on each individual character? Since I've always made the same character pledge to the same faction for all the previous rallies as well.

Okay I think it means one character has to pledge to each faction once wish it was account wide but I do like the lore tab showing that the concesus needs to be strong more then ever now that the speakers gone
