That is a bad fix, which I experienced myself last night in EDZ. All they had to do was lock-out the SAME Lost Sector so it cannot be re-looted continually Locking out ALL Lost-sector rewards is ABSURD. I suspect it is just another unintentional side effect of the change, because if it is deliberate then whoever came up with that idea is not competent
