I wasn’t even farming. I was moving at an average pace, going through lost sectors when I noticed I didn’t get a reward from a chest. I assumed it was a glitch. Now I’m reading that I’m being throttled for playing the game normally? Screw you guys. You clearly got the throttle wrong if it’s affecting normal gameplay.
