A 10 minute cooldown for something that takes 30 seconds to complete and can be fast traveled to.
I mean, I'd say it seems like Bungie doesn't know how to properly manage the player's experience, but it's been talked about ad nauseam.

I think a 2 minute cool down between boxes is more than acceptable, but whatever. Bungie doesn't seem to know what a stupid decision is vs. an effective one. I mean it should've taken the time for someone to speak aloud "10 minute cool down" to someone with half a brain to shut it the -blam!- down and whoever stupid enough to suggest it be open hand bitch slapped right across the face for being such a moron. But hey, that's just my thoughts!
