1/16/2018 Maintenance Complete: Faction Rallies is now LIVE.
Hey all,
Hotfix 1.1.1.3 is now available, removing Curse of Osiris requirements for Faction Rallies and Iron Banner rewards.

A throttle for 10 minutes? You guys are stupid you could have fixed it a different way. Even if legit run through a lost sector twice in a row you get no loot the third time. A bunch of idiots programmers/developers.

11 RepliesYou -blam!-ed it up again. I mean, how could you POSSIBLY think taking away a reward when a Lost Sector is run legitimately is acceptable AT ALL? Sure, prevent folks from exploiting and looting chests within a 2 minute minute window. 10 -blam!-ing minutes? You guys just aren't even trying to not look like morons anymore. I for one never used any of the exploits. Now I sure won't be doing Lost Sectors for any faction tokens. Thanks for limiting my ability to diversely play PVE during this "event".

By once again not communicating what is gong on with your game, you have just tipped the scales for me. By prioritizing patching out a way, broken or not that people were enjoying your game. over the things that your community had made clear it wants in order to help stem the tide of people leaving. I mean wtf, if I decide to clear a Lost Sector the legit way, I want these rewards. And if I decide to clear the same Lost Sector (or Lost Sectors in general) the legit way over and over, I want these rewards. You are destroying this game by scamming people with these ridiculous "fixes".

Soooo , not only the stupid cooldown which stops one legitimately going to different sectors and opening the chests , the new weapons being accidentally locked out..... I’ve just noticed that completing lost sectors isn’t registering as completing on the dead orbit unlocking ornament requirements.... REALLY???????????

10 minute lockout is a ridiculous reaction to people farming. Locking people out of their own form of fun was a really stupid choice. Getting the rewards from farming doesn't affect anyone else's game.

I understand fixing an exploit but if people want to simply farm lost sector chests by actually completing the objective; why stop them for 10 min at a time. Most lost sectors can be rushed through in under a minute, at most you should have the cooldown at 1 minute until you can open the chest. That way if players want to grind for 500 tokens it takes them a little over 8 hours not over 150 hours.

Please understand, I am a big Destiny fan spent hours and hours on D1 (Xbox), like D2 despite the issues. Why have you throttled all the loot caves? You only needed to weld the doors shut in the Winding Cove lost sector. I like farming and grinding. So what if people earn lots of tokens, at least they are playing the game. I was really looking forward to this faction event but what a shambles. I am on PS4, my clan is/was huge, now when I log on I am solo. They have either gone to PC (that’s killed it for me) or they are having a hoot on Fortnight say no more.

There all idiots at bungie. Daily quest is lost sectors and you get nothing for completing more than two. Fix your your game. Make it better. Now you're doing the opposite thing. PS: the fix for people that don't but dlc is to give nobody new guns in the loot pool. Lazy, typical Bungie
