2 RepliesA lot of people are saying he deserves more. Not counting his other crimes, 11 years is a lot for one death

PC Gamer posted an article on FaceBook last week indicating that this scumbag is probably gonna get 36 months, which is 3 years, in the slammer. Not enough time to make an example of you ask me.

Good. -blam!-er deserves worse though.
-
Lived up to his name at least

Fingers crossed other SWATters see the example this sets. SWATting isn’t a joke, it’s not funny, it’s dangerous and takes time and resources away from police officers that should be directed to people who actually need help

1 ReplyHope they put prison soap on lootboxes for this fool.

Edited by DirtyBlondeMedic: 1/18/2018 12:19:36 PMIt gets even better when he said he only "feels a little bit of remorse". And then right after that it gets even better because he tries defending what he did. What a greedy little selfish rat. Even his name represents how retarded of a person he is.

Piece of shit should he in jail for life. Pulled the same shit in Canada like a week before.
-
... It should be longer

2 RepliesThis is what gaming has came to no a days. Kids being mad over others making money for doing what they love. Sad this kind of stuff happens.

Edited by crazycazza95: 1/18/2018 8:00:35 AMOnly in america can some salty cry baby of a gamer have the heart to cause this amount of pain.

I'm a bit bias with this, as I basically live in medieval times, but this is why we need an eye for an eye policy. You kill, you die. You steal, you lose a finger. Preferably in a harsh and torturing way.

1 Reply.... Y dis in gaming tho

1 ReplyHe should get 1st degree murder and a minumum of 25 years in prison because this isnt even his first time swatting.
-
3 RepliesAgreed. From what I understand this isn't the first time the -blam!- has done something like this either. Throw 'em to the wolves I say.
-
2 RepliesWhat did he do?
-
5 RepliesIsn’t manslaughter accidental murder? Involuntary manslaughter seems kinda redundant.. Anyway, I hope this serves as a good lesson to any punks who think this kinda crap is a good idea. He deserves worse than that.
-
1 ReplyEdited by Hippo_Legacy: 1/17/2018 4:52:14 PMYea it is unfortunate that's all they could charge him with. I think murder 2 would have been a fair charge. But there are clearly defined legal criteria for what constitutes murder, manslaughter, and so on. Though personally I think somebody who carries out a malicious act that results in a person's death, whether accidental or not, should be charged with murder in the 2nd degree. Hopefully he at least gets the max 11 years and they don't parole him.

Honestly it isn’t enough for what this guy did. Some random dude died and it’s all mostly his fault. He should at least get a lifetime sentence. We don’t need this guy coming back into society anytime soon.
-
4 RepliesWhile that charge does fit, I feel like he could be charged with a variety of other things in addition. His senseless act caused one life to end, and greatly effected at least a few others. 11 years seems a little light imo.

Good.
-
Well that's good. I figured they would be able to at least charge him with manslaughter
