Bungie made the Halo franchise. 7 Main halo games + 2 halo wars games and only 3 new enemy factions were added. One faction consists of one enemy. One faction was only 2 enemies until pure forms appeared, which were of the same quality as the Taken. And one faction is in the most dislike game of the franchise and no one likes them. While Bungie isn't responsible for all of it, they introduced 2 of the three factions. We don't need a new enemy faction for no damn reason. We've got 4 already. They don't have books, and comics, and animated movies for Destiny so they need to be fleshed out IN THE GAME.
