So make PvE boring. OK. Trickling down a boss' health with two scout rifles isn't fun, and it never will be.

If that's what you're doing then you're doing it wrong. Go to a boss fight with a good HC and Sweet Business and tell me how that goes. The majority of complaints about the loadout system are from people who refuse to use it efficiently.

I use it efficiently but I still prefer the clear three-tier system of D1. I also hate the stealth juggler modifier of D2.
