Restricted from Crucible?
I wondered why I was restricted access from the Crucible when I signed in today. I didn't violated code of conduct, just simply punished for playing the game.
"Bungie will not punish a player for just playing the game."
You realize we do not control whom the game pair us up against. If people that aren't that good don't want to face people in the top 500, that's their right. Sometimes, your system is repetitively pairing us against people we've easily beating up to 5 times on a card, they will not stay. People protecting their stats will not always stay or even play a game.
Your code of conduct mentions excessive quiting games, network manipulation, etc. Never mentions punishing people for others not wanting to play against them 2.0+ KD players have no reason to network manipulate people that are below 1.0 KDAs that are already losing the games by convincing margins.
You guys are violating what is listed within your own code of conduct:
"Bungie will not punish a player for just playing the game."
I didn't buy this game to play it in my spare time & have my access restricted for simply playing the game. That's false advertisement, misleading, & unfair to this community.

19 RepliesThe reason you were restricted could come down to a couple of things. One reason is that someone on your fireteam was booting people out and bungie couldn't point out the person doing it so they issue the entire team a restriction. That would put you in the guilt of association. Reason two. Your internet connection is poor. Which will net you a restriction.

Yeah uh, no. Easily by looking at your trials history we can see why you were restricted. You unfortunately were hit with the dreaded error code: cheetah.

9 RepliesEither because you have 3 scrubby hunters or you cheated? Or bad connection and people reported you. Restrictions aren’t permanent. Usually like a week or so whereas bans are permanent lol.

Sadly, you can be restricted for just playing the game as it was designed to be played. Many of you spamming "you cheated," & don't even have anything to back up the accusation or even a simple reason to how you think I could have cheated. So if you're going to spam negativity at least share how I allegedly cheated while you're at.

I do not cheat, do not need to play with cheaters, & clearly you can see people are leaving games early from lopsided matches if you viewed my trials games. They never stood a chance. 2 Replieswhen people leave it will say they left this is a digital game and that data will be given, if players report you the system won't ban you until more data was collected about your games. you run stacked basically one of those players who care way to much about there stats we get it, you cheat got caught and now you are crying for help, but you don't understand when you started crying for help you have shown you don't know how bungos banning system works.

I read this garbage this morning, played a few games and this thread came back to mind. I'm glad Bungie punishes scum like you that exploits the game, their connection, whatever maybe that gives you an advantage. If you think others should be screwed so you can use an exploit as your crutch, move on to Candy Crush or mobile gaming.

7 RepliesA ban doesnt always mean you cheated (but if you did you're a shit c*nt). It could be you were on a team where another player was cheating so you benefitted from it. This is why if you play trials you should have a dedicated trusted team and not rely on or trust randos (hence why I dont do trials Im not having an account banned because of some other douche nozzle)
