When did Lucky Pants get nerfed?????
Are you kidding me? You tools changed the perk on useful armor to make it useless? I can't believe the shit you guys pull. Keep on killing this game. I'll gladly give you all a reference when your dumb asses are looking for a new job.

hot swap still works. they added the reload while holstered perk and changed the description, but they still have quick draw and hot swap active. look down to the left when you switch to your hand cannon, it still reads “illegally modded holster” and the quick draw still works
