Can't sprint in Destiny 2 for PS4
I just bought Destiny 2 and was only playing it for about 45 minutes and I already have a glitch of some sort that prevents me from sprinting (my character will sprint for 2 steps and then walk). At first I thought it was something wrong with my controller but when I logged into Horizon Zero Dawn afterward I had no such problem sprinting with my character (they use the same analog stick for sprinting and I had been playing this game for a while before I bought Destiny 2). I noticed that during the first few minutes of playing Destiny 2 I had to put a lot more pressure on the L3 analog stick to get my character to sprint (before it quit working) then I did in Horizon Zero Dawn. So now I have no way of sprinting in Destiny 2 even though sprinting works just fine in Horizon Zero Dawn. What am I to do?

SLOW or NO sprint I have playing Destiny for 4 + years. This issue with the slow or no sprint is driving nuts. Bungie please send me $60 for a new controller. I have spent several hundred dollars on Destiny ... :) I am 61 years into life... I need to sprint!!!

I have had the game a couple of months and this has only just started happening about 2 weeks ago and it's not my remote

Its cause they changed the sprint from toggle you have to hold down while you run hope they change it back

Me and a couple of friends are having the same issue and works perfectly fine on other games such as Horizon fortnite etc I feel like I'm going to end up breaking my controller because of how much pressure I'm putting on L3

2 RepliesI had the same issue using one of my DS4 controllers. All of my other controllers work perfectly. It appears sometimes a controller malfunctions. Try a different controller.
