I'm on my gfs account helping her with stuff and the game is in trial mode with the game purchased with the dlc?

This seems to be a fix, as well as deleting the game completely and the trial version, and re installing D2. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since you are the content owner, please ensure your PS4 is activated as your primary system, to ensure all accounts have access to purchased games on PSN. http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/activation.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Remove the Destiny 2 disk from your PS4. ( IGNORE for Digital Downloads) 2. Go into your library and your settings/storage to be sure that no file with Destiny 2 is on your console. 3. Power off your PS4 and remove the power cord for at least 5 mins. This will give a clean refresh to the console. 4. Plug in, power on, and reinstall the game again. Allow the game to reinstall and then try to play. If this does not work, you may need to contact PlayStation support to verify you have all the required licenses and to be sure the trial version is no longer attached to your accounts/console. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If this does not resolve the issue, I would contact PS Support, and I would recommend doing so with IRC chat for convenience.
