Official Thread of Halo: Reach Bungie.net Bug Reports
Please post bug reports and what not about the new stuff here. Note that people complaining about bugs while Greasemonkey scripts are enabled will be mocked. Also, before reporting any issues, please clear your browser's cache files - that often accounts for things that appear broken to you but not to others.
Don't forget to include your browser's name and version.

Screenshot player data error When viewing a screenshot of a player that players data does not show. With the mouse pointer over the player it reads "error loading player data. please try again later." Is this a known problem with Bungie's servers?

Me and my friends DOWNTOWN355, Quinners 97, and I just did legendary on exodus, new alexandria, and Last night me and Downtown did the package and pillar of autumn on legendary I got the achievement for Heroic doing those 2 but it says i havent beat any of these on legendary only the package and thats it

I think mine is Windows Internet Explorer 7 but I could be wrong. When I go under my "Recent posts" and try a click on a post I made for a screenshot for example, all I get is an error message from the website. "Forum Error The Forum, Topic, or Post you requested could not be found." [Edited on 02.10.2011 6:06 PM PST]

My son recieved a probation on his account and it is affecting the whole console. My brother has his account on a USB Drive and it's saying that he's on probation too. I have already talked to the fine folks at Xbox Live and was told that I needed to find out from you fine folks. Why in the Light are all 5 accounts on probation? I cleared the Cache and that did nothing to help. I would try another console, but my other just went on the fritz. Windows Phone 7 - HTC HD7 The recent update of the Bungie Mobile site is broken in IE on WP7. The Reach challenges page, for example, is a blank white screen, the graphics/icons are skewed, the search box looks strange, etc etc -N

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been reported yet, but I've found that if you hold crouch (with it as default on the left stick, not sure if it happens otherwise) *or* use crouch lock and are crouching, then press start to bring up the menu, your gun will automatically and continuously fire. Obviously doesn't really cause a problem if you're playing as you should be instead of playing in the menus during a game, but I thought I'd let you know anyway.

I have had a problem with a certain challenge for 3 days now where u have to win so many games to get 2000 credits three times i have completed this challenge on not got any credits all the other challenges give u credits but this one hasn't like it has acknowledged i have completed it very disappointing missed out on 10'000 credits with them so far is their anyway Bungie can look into that and hopefully give the credits the challenge should off if anyone else has had this problem with this certain challenge spartan 2010

Still getting XML Parsing errors on Opera without masking the user agent. Likely reason: The website misidentified the desktop Opera browser as Opera Mini. Therefore, it attempted to load the mobile version of the website. [Edited on 02.01.2011 11:37 PM PST]

During the winter contingency LASO challenge last week I encountered a few bugs. I recorded a clip of one ( Filename THE $@#%); When Falcons were inbound for evacuation. One was facing one way and the other another. The two Falcons facing opposite directions inter coursed at a low level and ascended vertically at an incline opposing forward motion without contingency of rotating ascension or headlong shift/drift. When playing Co-op, A few members of the noble team had ceased action after death of a team mate, so that, if a team mate had died during the initial firefight Jorge would not continue, nor Kat. ^ this is what makes me mad. I agree with yoko panda 100% and bungie needs to fix this glitch. it makes the game not as fun to play and makes me wait for 10 minutes for doing nothing. Totally unfair. I put this on a forum but it was apparently the wrong one so it was marked with spam. Hopefully this is the right one so you can see this and fix it.

My name is Yoko Panda online (which if you could change the name jihhgdfl to Yoko panda, would be appreciated) and in infection when you are a human and you kill a zombie, it counts as a betrayal...... Now I'm pretty annoyed when I have to get booted for only playing the game as it was meant to be played. If you are on a team and you purposefully kill your team mate well that is fine by me you should be able to get booted. But if I'm killing zombies as I'm supposed to be doing, how is it fair to me to get booted for only playing. You need to fix this because it makes infection as well as the gaming experience less enjoyable. Especially when you get banned for 10 minutes because you did nothing wrong at all.......

it seems that the "Max" threshold for the "Get Loud" commendation for killing an enemy with a heavy weapon in Firefight matchmaking is incorrect on Bungie.net. My score shows "Max" with 7898/7000 on the website, while in-game stats show 7,898 earned with a few more to go before Max is reached. i believe that the value used for "max" on the website should be changed from 7,000 to 8,000 to match with the in-game. I aplogize if this has been posted, and I usually hate doing this, but 23 pages is a lot... In career stats, when you filter by playlist, the 'per game' stat for medals appears to wrong for every medal, by a very large margin. I conveniently have exactly 10 games of Grifball played, and: 25 Double Kills, with a stat showing 0.0473 per game. 4 Killing Sprees, 0.0076 per game. 6 Triple Kills, 0.0133 per game. 2 Hammer Sprees, 0.0038 per game. Again, sorry if this has been posted, but 23 (multiplied by 25...) is a [i] big number![/i]
