Well, I'm moving out and I have lived with my roommate for like nearly 9 months. I just assumed he was straight the entire time, but I knew he did more feminism things like light candles. But he never invited a guy over or posted anything romantic with a guy.
And I kept pushing him to see if he would just admit it to me, b/c when we were looking for roommates he put LGBT friendly. I thought it was weird a straight guy would put LGBT friendly. But then I just assumed he was very progressive to the point he could see two men making out in his apartment and be completely fine with it.
So two potential roommates come, first guy is a bisexual and then second one I assume is a straight girl. He invites both and talks to them, then gets stuck about liking both of them. I was getting confused why he would consider choosing a bisexual guy over a female roommate who looks like your typical hot 25 yr old, thinking he was still straight. I was thinking only a gay guy would consider a bisexual guy over a girl.
So then he says he chose the bisexual guy and finally opened up that he is gay. I kinda thought he might be but I didn't really know. I just thought he dressed up nicely for a heterosexual man. And I was wondering why he has gay friends if he was straight, not like that one gay friend, but several.
I guess it's weird but it doesn't really change anything. Now he just admitted he is gay after 9 months.
