I purchased Destiny the Collection during Christmas from Amazon. Went to use my DLC code that was packaged with the game and encountered error code "WC-40376-0 - The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entry." The expiration date on the code is 9/20/18 which has not happened yet. I would like to know what my next step is? Is there customer support i can email or call? I tweeted @BungieHelp but recieved nothing.

UPDATE: Bungie has resolved the issue. At least for my code. I entered it this morning and it worked fine. Thanks for resolving the issue. Bungie Help Twitter: https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/949447096393805824

5 RepliesThis just doesn't fly, Bungie. I have the exact same problem with the exact same FALSE expiration date: 9/20/18. I have received two brand new copies of this game from Amazon and both have expired DLC codes that say they are not expired. There are other posts popped up of other customers with the same false expiration date from Amazon and Gamestop. Playstation support can't fix these codes; they say to contact Bungie. Well, this is the only way we CAN contact Bungie and to be told that Bungie doesn't help with DLC codes is frankly offensive as a paying customer. A brand new copy of a game with an expiration date 9 months earlier than what is printed under the code is NOT OK and something needs to be done about it.

Hi there, Thank you for your report! We have confirmed there is an issue with some Destiny: The Collection codes erroneously showing as expired when players try to redeem them. We are working with our platform partners to resolve this issue. Can you please try to redeem your Destiny: The Collection code again and let me know if the redemption process completes successfully?

1 ReplyI had the same issue with the same incorrect expiration date listed on the voucher. I made a topic for this in the Console Support subcategory. You can read about my issue there too but basically: PlayStation support told me the code expired on 12/31/17 (The voucher says it is valid through 9/20/18). Amazon offered to issue me a refund and to pay for the shipping on a new copy, but as I'm reading in this post, it seems that all of the copies are going to run into the same problem. I guess I'll just be returning my copy. It's a shame too because I was looking forward to playing through the content.

3 RepliesHello, You will need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from, unfortunately Bungie cannot replace codes.
How can players get help if their codes are missing, invalid, or have already been used? If the code was purchased from a retailer, players will need to contact their retailer for assistance with missing, invalid, or already used codes. Bungie will not replace codes that are missing, invalid, or that have already been used. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12131#FAQSection
