The apple always falls close to the tree. What if this isn't all Bungie's fault. I personally have stopped playing destiny after literally playing it straight since 2014. I have defended the franchise and I can admit, I was a fan boy. But I've been watching some of videos recently about Destiny's development, and I was infuriated.
Destiny 1 was going to have a full story. Was. But for some reason it was scrapped months before release. Destiny 2 had a very big story planned, but it was scrapped to help make the "expansions".
There was some other stuff as well, but I don't believe that the people who created Halo made these decisions by themselves. But idk. I'm just gonna hope that things get better. I still love Destiny, and the reason I'm putting this up is because I want this game to be good.

1 ReplyIts taken you... 4 years to realise this lol. Either way the writing of the game is horrific, story which bores people and goes no where and enemies which we have been fighting and beaten for the last 4 years. Activision or not Destiny as a whole just isnt what everyone expected it to be.

1 Replywanna know something funny? they left Microsoft because they wanted creative freedom, and didn't like how they micromanaged. the second they are free of those shackles, they end up losing 90% of their old staff (the ones that make good games), have constant mismanagements, put in a bunch of incompetent twats, and release sub-par games. I think we are all starting to realise why microsoft was as "in their face" as they were. in retrospect, they should have stayed with them
