It's currently unobtainable, much like the Silicon Frontier, Darkest Day and Hellspawn emblems. However, it's very likely that these will be tied to some sort of promotion (Bungie store or otherwise) seeing as these are common quality emblems, and all previous common emblems have been obtained from the Bungie store, or Destiny 2 tie-in promotion For example, the Hellspawn emblem is known to be released with the spring 2018 McFarlane figures, and Darkest Day was a Bungie store promotion during black Friday. But we'll just have to wait and see. The current Bungie store 'event' ends on Jan. 31, so there will most likely be another promotion with an exclusive emblem in time for Valentine's day, St. Patrick's Day, or potentially the 'announcement' of Expansion 2.
