Ophidian Aspects (OA) seem to stop applying to kinetic weapons after switching weapons. How to reproduce 1.) Equip OA 2.) Reload Kinetic 3.) Switch Weapons 4.) Reload Kinetic again; view disparity As a note, this seems to be specifically a bug with it after switching weapons - you can 'refresh' your OA effect by changing gauntlets to something else and then back to OA, thereby restoring the Kinetic reload speed until you switch weapons again.
