I thought of a Hunter build where you combine the following:
("The Midas" + Stomp-ee5 + Arkstrider(Focused Breathing) + Quickfang + "Prioritized Mobility Stat")
Select maybe the triple jump or strafe jump, and this could be the most speediest build in Destiny 2!
If you haven't, and you do think of making this build, then please let me know?
Edit 1: I was told that there is cap to how fast you can run in Destiny 2? Gasp?
Edit 2: I know that Mobility almost does not affect speed, I mentioned it as prioritized just in case if it does effect speed and not gear with maxed out on Mobility.

1 ReplyMida doesnt stack with speed boosts. Speed boosts dont stack with st0mp ee5. Quickfang doesnt stack with speed boosts. Mobility doesnt increase run speed.

I have a speedy warlock build

9 RepliesHi. I love speedy builds. Though, I’m not sure if you are aware of a few things: •Mobility does not affect sprint speed. •There is a limit to how much you can increase your sprint speed. So combining Stomp-EE5 with MIDA and a subclass sprint speed increasing perk will end up being wasted. •Stomp-EE5 affect your hunter jump, but only Strafe Jump or High Jump, not Triple Jump, sadly. You can get to amazing heights with High Jump though, try it out, it’s ludicrous. Also, Nightstalker has a perk in its top skill tree that provides increased sprint speed as well as sneaking speed(which allows you to strafe very quickly while crouched, especially with high mobility and a speed increasing weapon like MIDA or Quickfang). Hope this helps. Not my intention to sound condescending if I come off that way. Anyways, good luck with your fun build and Happy New Year!

I tried this because I had all the requirements, and… it’s pretty fast.
-
I've used that build since the beginning. Only thing is, it's still not as fast as Destiny 1. That said, this was the build I always ran in PvP with a 10 mobility until I stopped running strider because it's just not effective.

Using mobile armor will boost walk speed. Not sprint speed
-
I tried that without Quickfang. Was quick, but that's and the MIDAs being good was all it had going for it. I prefer Nightstalker and don't like using the MIDAs, so I switched to Nightstalker with Better Devils and Martyr's Make.

Way of the trapper has keen scout, which increases sprint speed, and when coupled with mida and the stompies you run faster than anyone.
-
I always run Stomp-EE5 and Way of the Wind so mobility is a priority. Faster sprint, higher jump, better slide along with an improved Dodge really helps the neutral and Super game. I also like running Nightshade which has the Lightweight frame that further improves your mobility game.

I have seen a lot of player that run your build switch to the jester exotic legs. Still high mobility, but helps a lot more as you are pushed into the other teams area.
