It very much is a scam. Just like in Destiny 1 everything was to be purchased over n over again. Now we are into the next part paying for it to become part 1 again. They took away the mechanics that made the game what it was to give us smoke n mirrors saying it was built for the casual player which is complete bullshit. We know they did not have the time to create the game and used the "CASUAL" EXCUSE to justify that they knew this game would catch hell. These companies are brilliant and know what they are doing. They have found ways to manipulate the majority but not everyone is blind enough to not see what is really going on. And now we have to wait nearly 1 more year for it to become even a shadow of its former self? Do i continue to play? yes on occasion as i still crave the mighty god feeling of exploring and killing everything that moves in the game. I am sure one day the game will somewhat be up to par eventually but by that time most of the fan base will be extinct as other shooters n games will learn from this mistake n hopefully not dare to do it again. If someone even suspects some type of scam well likely it is. Because n honest group that built what was promised would not be suspected of such a thing. Now i know not everyone will be happy including myself but i feel for them to have charged $100 dollars to deliver what felt like 10 dollars worth of content not including the additional 50+ i have put into ever verse to receive complete garbage "MY FAULT" would cause me to believe this to be a scam.... Empty promises,Slow response,preached before the game released how fantastic it was gonna be. I don't recall ever hearing Destiny 2 was going to be the weaker doppelganger with no balls or was dedicated to casuals. Where is my rich and cinematic story? Where are the exclusives? Where are the rituals? Where are the hidden areas and greatness of exploring a land that always seemed to pop up with more to offer? They say its too hard to create? ummmmmm so why was this not spoken of before hand? why did they just try to push the game and hope for the best? Again i feel they know what they are doing and are up to something. Either it was a quick buck or somewhere floating is a bigger picture or future. Something is up in one form or another. Hell could even be human trials to see what a company can get away with to find ways to make more money with less work. I don't know what the hell is going on but i am sure overtime we will find out more. All i know is for the majority we all got screwed for the time being and this release has been a huge disaster. I feel they should of continued to build on the first part rather than recreate. Seems it could of been easier to keep up with what they already had rather than this bullshit. All they would of had to do with part 1 was keep events going add new weapons once in a while and some new exploration with a re release. Destiny Platinum or someshit. Hell i would be willing to pay a monthly or yearly payment for a solid game as this game has sooooooooooo much potential! Destiny could of went down as the greatest game of all time and now its drowning in its own poop -=) So on that note - I am off to play some shitty Cod ww2 - ya know the new cod with all the invisible barriers that keep you from even standing on a damn vehicle lmao! New age shit is all dumbed down and judging by most of my typing so am i -=)~ haha I have never "TAKEN" a game so serious until i felt like i was being shit on or robbed. This is the first time i have ever joined in on a forum to complain but i feel like Bungie/Activision needs to have it rubbed in the face to remind them we as the consumer will not allow this to carry over and become bigger habit of other games or it will slowly destroy parts of the game industry. Remember we are the ones that put food on their tables,we have more power than you think. But until we realize this as a whole companies will continue to take advantage of any loophole they can find unless they are fully legit but seeing as how they already got a foot in the door that allows them more room to play,lie,manipulate,and cheat us. I can't get my head around them bragging about the infinite garden? It'll be different every time you enter, an amazing concept when you think about it. It's such a shame to see this game dying, I guess i'm a bit of a "fanboy" as I wanted to see this game succeed, i enjoy the pvp side very much , but it's dying a fast feath at the moment. Im on the pc , they need to get rid of auto aim and add ranked pvp asap for this to succeed on pc. They need to give us more area's to explore and weapons to chase in pve to give us a reason to play it.
