After an hour of troubleshooting with Microsoft, we still cannot figure out why I’m blocked.
- can’t view clans
- can’t access guided games

9 RepliesThis is caused by an expiring Gold subscription or that you are using a trial gold subscription. You have to have a full fledged Gold subscription, not a trial

3 RepliesGo to settings - account - privacy&online safety - xbl privacy - customize - communication & multiplayer- communicate with voice/text/invites. Make sure this is set to everyone/everybody (can’t recall which one the option is). You may need to restart xbox and/or Destiny 2 for the change to take effect.
