To all those who dont know a lick about the exos(Exominds) 1. the are not robots like the frames. They used to be humans but the had the consciousness transferred over. 2. Along with rebooting the mind, which is where the number comes from, Bray had to introduce humanisms to help the mind adjust. Exos can eat, drink, and yes they can have sex.

Okay I know this is an old thread but I've been writing some books in the destiny lore and some fan made stories and grimoire, this subject came up in a discussion I had with someone not long ago and some pretty good points were brought up. Yes when a ghost resurrects a guardian they're kinda using a previous template to remake them so to speak, and that would definitely do away with any unborn children... However, you also have to remember that guardians can get drunk, starve to death, freeze to death, etc etc. This means that they're bodies are functioning normally for the most part and I'd be willing to bet the reproductive system at least can operate properly. Also, there has been one ghost to go from one guardian to another that we know of and that was Jaren Wards ghost, now belonging to Shin Malfur, or Dredgen Vale however you identify him. So it may be possible for the ghost of the mother or even father to heal or resurrect the baby as well. Just my opinion.

same here mainly cause im a teen and ya know mah brain thinks bout sex alot annoyingly but would idk my guardian and hawthorne be able to do it?
-
Only the humans and awoken because they have the junk.
-
You're a walking dead zombie that some alien's pet ghost Resurrected. In all honesty people of the last city should be disgusted and scared shitless of the traveler abominations. Think about what guardians really are...
-
Since there is no actual story in the game, you're free to make up whatever you want. Just remember, teabagging is the best way to avoid little Guardian child support.
-
Where do you think kinderguardians come from.
-
The real issue is whether Cayde uses his horn to reproduce.
-
I'd say yes as in my opinion when a ghost "awakens" a new guardian they're fully reborn and reconstructed using the light to the strongest version of themselves that they were in previous life. However with Exos the answer is also yes, but only if Sarge remembered to install their robot nuts during the conversion process.

What if I drink the liquid in the Omolon guns?

Give it a try and let us know.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biological_immortality chances are if you read this you would begin to likely come to understand that guardians would not really require to reproduce due to them being immortal (in essence), but chances are that they could IF they needed to reproduce. there would also be questions as to IF the children of the guardians would be immortal too and would they have the same powers as the guardians who were their parents. then there would be the fact that guardians may not want to have children due to them being immortal, such as the possibility of the guardian parents out living their own children, think if you had children and saw them die of old age every time, would you want to have children just to watch them die?.

Don’t think it been confirmed.... yet.....
-
So if a Male Titan and a Female Hunter has a baby, it would have absurd power over the light (Light^2) and have both Subclasses of both classes and perhaps have Titan armor with a Hunter cloak like lord Saladin.
-
I mean, from what we know guardians are revived creatures, so if their organs still functioned properly than most likely. It just may cause problems within the children since your body was most likely starting death processes. Exo are excluded because they are robots. Also we have no clue if/how awoken reproduce so that’s an entirely separate question. If it’s the same as humans then the previous statement would apply, but if not it would be a matter of how awoken reproduce.
-
No!. They would come out like the ones from D2. Silly little weak things only interested in fashion.
-
But are guardians actually zombies as they are bought back from the dead? Especially when ghost first finds you "I have been looking for you for centuries", are you a skeleton when he finds you so you are a skeleton warrior? More questions arise from more answers!!!!!!!!!
-
Well, erm ...... when a mummy guardian and a daddy guardian love each other very very much ....
-
There is nothing to indicate they can’t. Awoken, even those who aren’t Guardians, are also Light based people and more so then us. Yet they are stated as having children in the grimoire. Admittedly it could be due to the SIVA in them, replicate and all that. As we don’t know the nature of Light, the impact it may have on the children is a wholly unknown.

Edited by foxburton99: 12/30/2017 9:23:58 AMThere’s no evidence that they can or can’t, so I’ve constructed a proper theory on the matter If a Guardian can procreate, they would have to go the mating process without their Ghosts healing their bodies so that they can produce reproductive cells. Then they would have to go the nine month incubation process without suffering any wounds because their Ghosts can only heal them, not their babies. The pregnant Guardian would also probably have to eat and drink regularly to keep the baby healthy It is almost definite that having Guardian parents does not guarantee you will be able to wield Light because 1. Every person has a different and unique amount of Light 2. A Ghost pairing is needed to utilize Light if you’re even strong enough to

If they are human or awoken, then why the -blam!- not
-
I have no idea but id like to think so .. But can a fallen and a guardian do it? What if they had babies they'd look weird af
-
I think they can. They're reborn corpses, so their reproduction systems should still work. I don't think Exos can though since they're robots
-
Probably, although parents who don't speak would be weird

My question is 'is that considered necrophilia?'.🤔🤔
