It's not a complicated request to understand! I paid $150 for the deluxe edition, I shouldn't have to pay even more on top of that just to play the game the way I like. If you wanted to put in microtransactions then you should have made the game free to play! Even then loot boxes are not okay, even in free to play games you should know what you're paying real world money for. As it stands however you charged full price for the game so get microtransactions the hell out of it!
