My pc is on wifi but has a good connection.
My connection only drops while playing destiny 2.
Longest I have gone without getting disconnected is 1 hour at most.
Is it possible that my net sees something in destiny's connection as a threat and terminates my connection?
When i disconnect, my pc losses connection entirely but other devices are unaffected meaning the problem is with my pc and my pc only does this when running destiny 2.
I have updated all my drivers
I have made sure no firewalls are blocking the connection and i have tried all the port forwarding options.
Also this is silly but is it possible having high graphics that my internet struggles to load or is the games graphics all CPU/GPU?
I have only had this game for a few days and have no complaints about the game itself but this problem is making me consider giving up playing because it interrupts my progress.

You can get it to run but it will not be as stable nor as consistent as running it on a wired connection. It is also possible that if you are running something like a laptop as your gaming device and completely lose out internet connection while playing Destiny 2 that one of two things may be happening: 1) The sheer amount of data being sent across the network is overheating your wireless card onboard or 2) The wireless card is starting to go bad and the use for the game is showing it. Sorry Guardian, but the first step to getting the game to run effectively is to run it on a wired stable connection.
